International BELA Biennial will be organized now the third time. First one was in 2012 in Porto, Portugal and the second one in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
BELA brings together contemporary art and artists from Europe and Latin America. Name of the event comes from Biennial of European and Latin American contemporary Art, BELA.
Opening on 26.7.2018 at 18-20.
