Rebuilding to Last - Final Event
Over the past two years, Rebuilding to Last project has organised practical workshops and conducted research on how to develop cultural centres and community ecosystems in a responsible way. This could be achieved through continuous practice of maintenance, repair, and self-repair of spaces and communities that inhabit them. The project's philosophy is also deeply connected to a concept of 'coexistence' and finding synergies and solutions that oppose profit-driven urban planning and design.
As the Rebuilding to Last project is coming to an end, a final event to reflect the project's two-year journey together with inspiring thinkers and practitioners will be organised at the Cable Factory.
