The 1960s and 1970s in Finland were a time of change and development. The standard of living rose, Finland became more urbanised and youth culture grew stronger. The restaurant scene was also undergoing changes. How did the changes in society affect restaurants and their customers?
A photographic exhibition based on the collections of the Hotel and Restaurant Museum takes a look at the turbulent decades from the perspective of restaurants.
