The Cable Factory is a hub for creative people. In the former factory building’s rugged event spaces, you have the freedom to make your event happen just the way you want it.

Our spaces for rent are full of character - find the setting that works for you: Merikaapelihalli, Puristamo or Valssaamo. (Turbiinisali is not available until further notice).

The spaces are primarily rented empty – you have the freedom to design exactly what content you put in them. Our knowledgeable team are always on hand to assist you.

There are also three stylish meeting rooms and our magnificent rooftop sauna Verner for rent. Cable Factory's Kahvibaari also offers an event space and two work and meeting spaces.

We rent spaces also at Suvilahti cultural centre.

Environmental responsibility is a fundamental part of our activities, and we constantly strive to reduce our environmental load. We aim to reduce the climate and environmental impacts of our events and buildings. We are constantly developing our waste management and reducing our consumption of water, electricity and heat. We are part of the EcoCompass environmental management system.
