Preliminary schedule of the project

 Cable Factory modifications

• June 2019: Logistic modifications in staircases H and E (loading dock D / E / F and freight lift C / D) and the refurbishment of the Dance House Helsinki rehearsal studio in staircase A will commence.  

• October 2019: Loading dock D / E / F will be ready for use.

• November 2019: The rehearsal studio will be ready for use.

• January 2020: The freight lift C / D will be ready for use.

• February 2020: The modification of Pannuhalli will commence.

Civil engineering works

• October 2019: The civil engineering works for the new building will commence in October and are expected to continue until the end of February 2020.

Construction work of the new building

• Summer 2020: The covering of the eastern side of the inner courtyard will commence.

• Autumn 2021: Dance House Helsinki and the Cable Factory modifications will be completed.
